How do I pay for the app?
You can create an account and use the app completely free – no credit card required. At any time during or after the 3-month trial period, you can choose a paid plan and make a payment directly in the app.
Can I pay by... (card, bank transfer, or other local methods popular in your region)?
We use Stripe, a global payment platform that supports all major payment methods – including credit cards, bank transfers, and other popular options in your region. The list depends on country. You will find it in the Payments tab in the application.
Can I change my plan before the current one ends?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Any unused balance from your previous plan will not be lost.
Can I resign?
Of course! Remember, you don't need to pay for using the app for three months. We offer it absolutely for free – no commitments, automatic payments and even no credit card data required. You only pay once you're sure the app is right for you!
What happens after the plan period finishes?
You can still use the limited functionalities of the app and your data is saved. As soon as you buy the new plan, you can use full potential of the app, again.
I use other / personal solution for my apiary. Can I migrate my data?

Can I get QueenBees in my language?
Yes! QueenBees can be translated into your local language at no additional cost – we believe language should never be a barrier to efficient apiary management.
