What Data Do We Process?
We process the data you voluntarily provide in your user account within the application, data about visited applications (including content displayed within them), information stored in cookies on your device and cache, and location data generated by your device (including automated analysis of your activity on websites and in apps).
You provide us with personal data necessary for the provision of services, e.g., when creating accounts or profiles, filling out forms or registration windows in services, during app installation, or data you change during account editing (such as email address, name and surname, age, gender, city, date of birth, PESEL number, veterinary numbers, sales data, data related to your membership in a beekeeping organization and your status within it).
We also process data collected during your activity in the services–apps, including content you view, visited pages and locations, duration of visits, your clicks, how you use the services (e.g., newsletter, notifications), information about the device or browser, including its location. Processing of the data stored in cookies in your device and cache (including browsing history and data collected during your activity in the services) and location data generated by your device is necessary due to the nature of our electronic services, which include content sharing within our applications and similar online tools.
When hosting services are provided, we store on our servers data that you voluntarily publish using the tools we provide online, in specific services.
The scope of specific data processed varies by service–detailed information is provided during registration or in the service regulations.
On What Legal Basis Do We Process Your Data?
- If we have your consent to process your data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- If we process your data because it is necessary to perform a contract or under the contractual relationship with you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- If we process your data to fulfill a legal obligation, the basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may also serve as a legal basis if processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided that your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms requiring data protection do not override these interests.
In this Privacy Policy, we always specify the legal basis for processing your personal data.
For What Purposes and on What Grounds Do We Process Your Data?
If we enter into a contract with you for a particular service (e.g., using the app via your account, or notification/newsletter services), we process your data as necessary to perform this contract. When you agree to receive notifications or newsletters, we ask for additional consent to contact you via your provided email or phone number–this is required by law. Both cases give us the right to process necessary data (e.g., data provided in your profile or consent content). Without this, we cannot provide the service, and you cannot use it. Failure to provide such data will prevent us from concluding and executing the contract.
To ensure the security of the service (e.g., verifying unauthorized access to your account), perform statistical measurements, improve our services, tailor them to user needs and convenience (e.g., content personalization), as well as for direct marketing (including on behalf of third parties) or promotion of our own services. For marketing and statistical purposes, your data may be processed through comparisons and aggregations with data from other users (including activity data in our services–e.g., viewed content) and analysis of such comparisons. We may also analyze the content you launch or display, the visited content, and how you interact with it (e.g., moving the screen to view certain content), to optimize content placement and advertising.
To deliver services provided by our Trusted Partners or us to third parties, such as electronic payments or displaying relevant content or advertisements (e.g., products you might need). Advertisers and their representatives may process your data stored in cookies, cache, or location data generated by your device, including automated analysis of your online activity (to determine potential interests). Processing is based on your voluntary consent or our legitimate interests (for certain partners). You can withdraw or limit this consent at any time via our privacy settings tool, which operates based on standards set by industry organizations like IAB. Your data are also processed where required by law (e.g., tax, accounting). If you have given consent, we may also process your activity data for marketing purposes with our partners.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
Your data will be processed until the basis for processing no longer exists, i.e.:
- Until you withdraw consent or restrict processing,
- During the duration of the contract and until the expiry of statutory limitation periods (3 or 6 years),
- Until you object to processing based on our legitimate interests,
- For tax and accounting purposes, as long as required by applicable law.
What Rights Do You Have as a User?
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:
- The right to access your data, including obtaining a copy,
- The right to rectify your data,
- The right to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection),
- The right to restrict processing,
- The right to object (against processing, direct marketing, profiling, or based on our legitimate interests). We have conducted a balancing test regarding our processing based on legitimate interests. For more details, contact us.
If your data are processed based on your consent:
- You may withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
- If your data are processed based on the contract or legal obligation, you have the right to data portability.
To exercise these rights, contact us via the “Contact” tab or log into the service to use its tools.
If you request rectification, erasure, or restriction, we will inform data recipients unless impossible or disproportionately burdensome, and will notify you of such recipients upon request.

Your data may also be disclosed to authorities or third parties as required by law (e.g., law enforcement, debt collection agencies).
Based on your voluntary consent (or our legitimate interests), your cookies and location data may be processed by Trusted Partners for marketing purposes, including automated analysis to identify interests, and for displaying targeted content or ads, both within and outside our applications and websites.
How Long Do We Process Your Data?
Your data are processed as long as the legal basis exists, e.g., until consent is withdrawn, contract is completed, or statutory periods expire.
Cookies Policy (Appendix)
This Cookies Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
We use web tags such as cookies or local storage to collect and process data for personalization, advertising, and traffic analysis. Our Trusted Partners may also use such technologies.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are text files stored on your device that recognize your device and personalize content accordingly. They usually contain the website name, expiry time, and a unique identifier.
What Are Cookies Used For?
To customize website content, improve user experience, generate anonymous statistics, and understand user behavior without personally identifying individual users.
What types of cookies do we use?
Generally, two types of cookies are used – “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the user’s device until they log out of the website or close the browser. Persistent cookies stay on the user’s device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user.
Cookies used by the website/application’s partners, including their users, are subject to their own privacy policies.
Cookies can be categorized in detail based on:
- Types according to their necessity for providing the service:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Necessary | Absolutely essential for the proper functioning of the application or its features that the user wants to use. |
| Functional | Important for the operation of the application: they enhance functionality, and without them, the app will function correctly but may not be tailored to user preferences. They ensure high usability; blocking them may reduce functionality but should not prevent full use of the app. They serve critical functions; blocking them will cause some features not to work properly. |
| Business-related | Enable the implementation of the business model on which the application is based. Blocking these cookies does not make the entire application unavailable but may reduce service quality due to the lack of revenue-generating mechanisms for the owner, such as advertising cookies. |
- According to the duration for which the cookie is stored on the end device:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Session cookies | Placed temporarily during the session, deleted after closing the browser. |
| Persistent cookies | Remain on the device for a set period or until manually deleted, regardless of browser or app closure. |
- Based on the origin – the application administrator managing the cookies:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| First-party cookies | Cookies set directly by the owner of the visited website or application. |
| Third-party cookies | Cookies set by external entities whose components are called on the website or app, not directly controlled by the site owner. |
Note: Cookies may be triggered by the administrator through scripts or components hosted on partners’ servers, located in different countries or even different legal jurisdictions. When cookies are invoked by components outside the administrator’s system, different standard cookie policy rules may apply than those of the application’s privacy policy.
Based on the purpose they serve:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Application configuration | Enable settings for features and services within the application. |
| Security and reliability | Allow verification of authenticity and optimization of application performance. |
| Authentication | Inform when a user is logged in, so the website/app can display appropriate information and functions. |
| Session state | Save information about how users navigate the site/app, such as most visited pages, used features, viewed content, or error messages. Cookies used for “session state” help improve services and browsing comfort. |
| Processes | Ensure smooth operation of the website/app and available functions. |
| Advertising | Display more relevant ads for users, more valuable for publishers and advertisers, personalize ads, and display ads outside the site (domain) or app. |
| Location | Adjust displayed information based on the user’s location. |
| Analytics and research, audience audit | Help site owners understand user preferences and improve products/services through analysis. Usually, the site/app owner or research firm collects anonymized data on trends without identifying individual users’ personal data. |
- Types of cookies based on their impact on user privacy:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Harmless | Includes cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website/app and enabling features, but without tracking the user. |
| Tracking | Used to monitor user behavior but do not include information that can identify specific users. |
Cookies may be set via scripts or components on servers or third-party systems, possibly subject to different privacy policies.
Do cookies contain personal data?
Personal data collected using cookies can only be gathered for specific functions on behalf of the user. Such data are encrypted in a manner that prevents access by unauthorized persons.
